I am a native of Buncombe County. I was previously a teacher's assistant for 10 years in Buncombe County Schools. I then decided it was time to follow my passion and do what I love - hair. I am a graduate from AB Tech in cosmetology. I have been actively doing this for 3 years. I love doing all kinds of cuts - ladies, men and children. My personal favorite is color. I love doing new and exciting things in color - from vivids to balayage. I also do facial waxing as well. I attended CEC for 2 years and Carolina College of Hair design for 4 months. I technically have 10 years experience, but my momma started me doing her hair long before I was old enough to go to beauty school. I have had the privilege that many don't have of working side by side with her for the last 5 years at the Sun Room and Spa and I have learned so much. Before that, I worked at Hair Plus in the Asheville Mall for 5 years. I specialize in color and I also love to learn new techniques. I do children, women and men haircuts. I offer eyebrow waxing, prom and wedding up-dos as well.

I attended Skyland Academy of Hair Design. I am proud to say I have 29 years of experience in trying to fulfill my client's desires to the best of my ability. As a Licensed Cosmetologist, I am immersed in new and up-to-date techniques that make doing hair so much easier. I specialize in men and women cuts as well as color. I did teach for some time at AB Tech but realized that my real passion and creativity comes out behind the chair.
