EFT POLICY:

a. EFT is akin to a gym membership and requires a commitment to either 6 months or 12 months.

b. A credit card must be kept on record.

c. Cancellation is not allowed within one month of purchase.

d. Upgrades are an option.

e. Refunds are not available.

f. Enjoy a 30% discount on lotions when first signing up.

g. EFT can only be frozen for one month.

h. Sharing the same account with another person is not permitted.

i. There is no member- ship fee.

j. When a card is declined, the outstanding payments must be settled within ten days.
